CertainTeed Landmark AR PREMIUM Lifetime Dimensional Shingles | Roof Replacement | Amissville, Virginia

Here is a roofing project our crew recently completed in Rappahannock County, Virginia. We removed the existing shingles down to the deck and re-nailed any loose wood. Any bad or rotten wood we discovered was replaced. To protect the roof, we installed 3 feet of CertainTeed WinterGuard ice and water shield along all eaves and valleys. We then added CertainTeed DiamondDeck synthetic underlayment to keep the roof dry. CertainTeed SwiftStart starter shingles were installed along the gutter lines and rake edges. For the roofing surface, we installed CertainTeed Landmark AR PREMIUM Lifetime Dimensional Shingles. To ensure proper ventilation, we installed a new ridge vent and CertainTeed Shadow Ridge hip and ridge shingles. We also utilized Lifetime Ultimate pipejack flashing, replaced the drip edge, and updated all chimney, step, and apron flashings to ensure optimal performance and protection.
