Duplex Roof Replacement | Certainteed Landmark “Georgetown Gray” Lifetime Dimensional Shingles | Stephen's City, Virginia

We were happy to give these homeowners a fresh new look on their duplex! We began the replacement process by removing the existing shingles down to the deck and re-nailing or replacing any damaged or loose wood. We then installed Certainteed WinterGuard ice and water shield at all the eaves and valleys as well as Certainteed RoofRunner synthetic underlayment to keep the roof dry and protected. Next, we installed new shingle ridge vents, Certainteed Shadow ridge hip and ridge shingles, a new Lifetime Ultimate pipe flashing, and new step flashing. Certainteed SwiftStar starter shingles were placed along all gutter lines and rake edges and Certainteed Landmark Lifetime Dimensional shingles were installed to complete the project.
